All other attempts failed to download a single photo. One time, it downloaded 1 photo I did not select rather than the 1,000 photos that I did select. Since a “feature” of iCloud Photo Library is that you can download your photos from there, I attempted that as a means to get my photos onto my computer, but it failed miserably and Apple should be embarrassed by the user experience (blame it on the Beta?) You can’t drag and drop, you can’t choose what folder the files download to, and I can’t actually get it to download the photos I’ve selected. I turned on iCloud Photo Library (Beta), but closer to mid-Dec. I can’t recall date, but it was definitely well after Dec 2.Ģ. I thought back on any recent changes I made, and could only think of two, neither of which occurred on Dec 2 (I was traveling abroad at that time).ġ. I’ve tried restarting and plugging phone back in to no avail. I can see all photos before that date as expected on my phone (Albums –> All Photos). I can’t see any photos from before that date. (iPhoto has never worked properly on my machine.) I just plugged my phone in and opened Image Capture to download my latest photos, but Image Capture is only displaying photos back to Dec 2. After doing the foregoing, I got the same message on the re-install.Now they are saying it is related to the operating system not the software.Īny suggestions – I need to get this program to install and run!įor years I’ve been using Image Capture to transfer photos from my iPhone to my computer. Nikon then suggested I create a new administration account and install Capture NX2 there to see if it works. Reinstall Capture NX 2After doing the foregoing, I got the same message on the re-install. Then they sent me a “ registry cleaner” and asked that I follow these prescribed steps:1. Then they asked me for an operating system summary report which I generated pursuant to there instructions and sent it to them. I did and got the same message on the re-install. They asked me to make sure it was completely removed, reboot and download again. You should eject the disk image.”I have contacted Nikon Technical Support. When I go to re-install, I get this message: “‘Capture nx2 setup.app’ is damaged and can’t be opened. I tried several times, and then figured something may have been corrupted, so I uninstalled it and downloaded it again from the NikonUSA website to re-install. All of a sudden, this program would stall on opening. One of my photo processing programs is Nikon Capture NX2 which has run pretty flawlessly since I installed it a few years ago. Final cut works ok, but can’t capture audio. When i saw this, I recovered the files from the recycle bin and put them back on their original place. I tried to re-install FCPX following the instructions of this article (Final Cut Pro X 10.1: How to remove and reinstall Final Cut Pro X – Suporte da Apple) but when i tried to download FCPX the apple store, appears like i never had purchased FCPX, appears the button with the price of the program (300 €) and not the option to simply open or download the program again. Is not a problem with audio output settings, i can hear properly the other files recorded from other projects. I check it at the inspector and in the timeline and hear no sound and there is no waveform at the clips. After this, I can’t capture audio from my camera footage (Canon XHA1), altough the audio is ok at the camera (I can properly monitor it in FCPX during video capture), but when the capture is finished there’s no audio at all. I purchased a plugin for FCPX from Pixel films, specifically the Protrailer:Cartoon plugin.
